Your low toughness is REALLY going to hurt you in WvW. No clone on dodge is going to limit your shattering in a big way. Personally signit of domination isnt worth it unless you really want that stun for your shatters.

How much toughness should he shoot for?

1500 is the perfect amount of toughness for a shatter Mesmer.

I think you could get better performance with the 40% condi duration + 70 condi damage food(Rare veggie pizza), than with your current.

Condition damage starts having huge diminishing returns at about a 1000. If I were you, I’d switch some of the Carrion Armor with Knights, to bring Condition damage down a bit, and get some more toughness/Crit Chance and Power for Shatter.

Notice it said condition and WvW, you are as of Tuesday 50% less effective. Enjoy the nerf bat.
