It’s the Chimeric Prism focus from the Hall of Monuments. You unlock it at 20 points.

i went through the 6 pages, and it was interesting to see everybody adding their own personal touch on their mesmers, i like the fact that people from the same class can look so different.
I want to post my mesmer too, but i don,t really know how to post a screen shot or even how to remove the skills icon, character’name… from the screenshot

To turn off the UI, press ctrl-shft-h. To post the screenshot, go to the full editor for making a post and there will be a place to browse for the file to upload.

So here is my mesmer; I will begin to look for some nice looking skins for my armor as soon as i manage to get my exotic gear (which my take some time as the temples in Orr are always contested -__-, setting up a party in a low populated server is pretty tough).

Exotic gears don’t always mean the best look. It’s just a matter of knowing which clothes to mix and match. Some people think it’s all about being flashy (and that’s their taste, I guess) but to others, it’s all about the flow and the subtle details. You gotta learn how to make the look “complete” from headgear to shoes to weaponry..and yes, the colorway (dyes). Have fun =D

Here is my mesmer. I don’t know why but i love the all white look and the harlequin’s mask.

My human mesmer, i very like this feathers as helmet and shoulders. Skirt from lvl 1 is still looking great for me at 72 lvl
