Question. Hopefully not a dumb one.

When putting a sigil on a weapon set with 2 weapons. ex. Sword/Torch. Does the sigil apply to the weapon set or that weapon only?

Ex. Sigil of Peril gives 20% vulnerability Duration. Would that be applicable to the set or weapon only that its on?

It is in effect when you’re using those weapons.

ok ty. Have the peril on the Torch however the sword is what gives the vulnerability so I wanted to confirm i didn’t lose out on its effect.

Here’s an example that might help clarify.

You have Air on (mainhand) Sword and Fire on Torch. You swing at an enemy with your sword attacks. Both Air and Fire trigger even though you’re not using any skills on the Torch.

You switch to your other weapon, a Staff with Energy and Hydromancy. Your Air and Fire sigils from your Sword/Torch set won’t trigger while you’re using the Staff.

TY. I am familiar with on swap. Just wasn’t sure if the duration bonus sigil’s had same rule.
