does anyone have a list about sigils and runes which affects stats of illusions?

Anything with a % damage bonus does not affect your illusions. E.g. Scholar Runes (10% bonus to damage).

However, your illusions gain stats based off of your Mesmer, so any stat increments (E.g. the actual power bonus from Scholar Runes) will be indirectly transferred over to your illusions.

In terms of sigils, your illusions can not trigger on crit/on hit effects from sigils, and just like runes, % damage bonuses do not transfer over to your illusions.

And what about my own might stacks? Do my boosted stats affects my illusions or only my base stats?

Might directly affects your Power stat so yes, they will affect your phantasm dps as well.
