I can’t help it, the search function is no help again, to show only titles helped me better in the past. It is some time since i last suggested things about skills, but i have still fun to do so sometimes.

Utility:
Calculate Risk (Manipulation):
You take 50% more damage for the next 4s, but eacht time you are hit, you inflict massive confusion to the foe. You also gain 4s of retalitation and cannot attack.
Blackout (Manipulation):
You and your foe are dazed for 3s. You gain also stealth for three seconds.
Backfire (Glamour):
Creates a dome around the foe, that inflicts confusion each times the foe attacks.
Clumsiness
If you are attacked in the next 2 seconds, you create two clones and damage your foe.
Mantra of Leeching
Stuns foe and refills 25% of your Energy.
Arcane Conundrum (Glamour)
Creats a field, that inflicts immobilized on creation, chill on entering and cripple on leave.
Guilt and Schame
Blocks for 2s and creates a phantasm on blocking, that deals 50% more damage to attacking foes.
Wastrels Worry
Creates a clone, if used against a inactive foe and recharges in 1s, recharges 60s, is uses against active foe.

Elite:
Signet of Grand Illusion:
Passive: Creates a Clone on Clone’s Death.
Active: Creates a Phantasm, that uses your actual Autoattack.
Hexeater Vortex:
Removes all conditions from you and nearby allies and all boons from nearby foes. Refills your endurance.
Mantra of Fragility:
Damages Foe. Additional damage for each condition on the foe.
Crippling Anguish
Creates a phantasm, that crippls and bleeds the foe.
Wandering Eye
Creates a phantasm, that blocks attacks and deals aoe damage on blocking
Migraine (Glamour)
You enter a faked downstate, you uses your actual lifepoints and vreate a field around you, that heals you and allies. If you are killed, you are defeated without entering the real downstate. If you are revived, all nearby allies are also revived.
Mistrust (Manipulation)
For the next 4 seconds (you cannot attack) you deal massive damage to foes attacking you.
Stolen Speed (Manipulation):
Inflicts haze and stun to foe and grants quickness to you.
Mantra of Power
Dazes inactive foes, stuns moving foe and knock downs attacking foes.

That was some fun for me, i know, how idiotic this suggestion is^^.

Yay more skill sugestions, I actually hope anet adds more skills eventually because we have so few compared to other mmos.

Anyway, good ideas, though I’d rather have all those “get attacked do something” skills changed to “if enemy attacks (or something else, like heal or something) do something”. Basically hexes instead of stances.

Also some of these are super op. Mantra of leeching is basically super Mantra of Distraction. And that elite signet, so op.

Some are also really bad. Hexeater vortex needs something else because its basically null field w/ endurance regen.

Overall new skills can basically just be gw2 versions of gw1 skills, though some gw1 skills would be rediculously op in gw2.

Don’t try to think about “perfect” skills, have fun while suggesting them

Balancing is Anets work and the chance to give new ideas is especially high, if the idea is hilarious
