Is it intended for people getting hit by Debilitating Dissipation/Chaos Storm after you’ve stealthed to trigger revealed? Or is this just a figment of my imagination, cause it’s kind of irritating

Well you will lose stealth anytime you deal direct damage. So even if you use a chaos storm before you stealth, it will still unstealth you if the enemy gets hit. Can be very annoying!

Is that intended though? Since it means putting down cs effectively locks you out of all of your stealth skills. Same with dissipation punishing you for putting out clones ..
Shattering also for that matter, but that probably makes far more sense then the other two cases

Take another scenario. cloaked mesmer with storm, and a cloaked thief goes in it. Would you become un-stealthed or not, cause you don’t know if you deal damage.
