I was messing with an experiment for my mesmer build, but long story short, it didn’t go as I had hoped. (I guess I’m too used to glass cannon).

I still have a soldier set of armor left over, and it’d be a waste to just get rid of it. I want to build it into a second mesmer setup, but I need ideas. What could soldier stats compliment on a mesmer?

I want it to cover a different functionality than my primary setup, which is berzerker based. But that build already works well for me in dungeons, PvE, and WvW. So what new job could I build off of soldier armor?

-Bunker/support for dungeons?
-condi WvW scepter/x + staff?
-PvE soloist?
-Condi mesmer + tuning crystals?
-Shatter happy?

see what they do in the next update, but a zerg mantra healer might be possible.

I’d swap rune of strength for rune of perplexity, but the wiki says they’re bugged.
