Solid Dungeon Build
Glamours (and glamour mastery) are a must have then, feedback and null field are incredibly useful. Learning to master the focus offhand is good too since you’ll be able to bundle up and control large groups of foes for quick nuking by using into the void. Phantasmal defender is a solid choice too providing additional survivability to the frontline.
Staff is great for dungeons having a lot of powerful buffs/debuffs through chaos, though i personally eschew the staff in favour of a greatsword; I really should get into the habit of bringing it on dungeon runs though staff is the better choice here.
As for elites, time-warp is the general weapon of choice for most mesmers. I actually take the asuran D-series golem mostly as it has a huge amount of hitpoints and does a good job at tanking.
The build I personally run for both solo and dungeon play is:
http://www.gw2build.com/builds/simulator.php#1.8.12.3.0.18.0.0.0.0.180.197.199.200.204.2.2.44.0.0.0.542.550.0.560.0.0.572.578.0.588.0.0.0.20.15.25.10
The principle behind the build is that you use the focus to group up enemies where they can be AoE’d down quickly by your team, iZerker and iWarden are perfect for doing just that (The sword isn’t for show, I routinely jump right into the action with my sword and come out of it just fine). The build is NOT based on shattering; instead when a clone gets killed or over-written it has a chance to cause weakness further reducing the threat they pose.
Glamours can be used frequently, and between wardens feedback and feedback itself you have no less than 3 ways to reflect projectiles, which has a huge impact on dungeon play (Many MANY bosses and major foes have reflectable attacks). Defender and phantasmal healing provides additional survivability to the guys taking the heat and null field is there to cure the parties conditions when appropriate.
In a party situation regen often gets flung about by your team mates, as well as phantasmal healing and metaphysical rejuvination so you’ll frequently be proccing protection from illusory membrane which when combined with guardian and your wall of decoys actually makes you pretty tanky.
Staff would be a viable swap for greatsword, which’d reduce your overall DPS, but increase your support capabilities and survivability; in which case you’d trade the berserker gear for rampager

I like it but I do prefer staff as well and that link doesn’t show the traits so can you post them?
Also, I would also like the gear stats and the same for the weapons please.

Both the posters have working links. Make sure to read Sarelm’s note about copy-pasting the link to his build and not clicking directly.
If you really like staff instead of GS you should focus on condition damage and precision. Also toughness is your ally for more survivability. Weapon choices are staff + sword/scepter and focus/pistol. Ryuujins build is focused on direct damage and in my opinion his build is a bit flawed.
Here is my build for support/condition build that i`m playing atm.

You can remove 5 points from inspiration and move them to dueling for better pistol usage or clones on dodge for faster staff clone making.
Im using condition signet as i noticed big damage increase with it, null field and radiation field as asura. As other race you should use feedback, also i switch radiation field a lot with feedback, depends of encounter. Use your chaos storm, radiation field, null field, feedback, timewarp and temporal curtain for creating combos. With good usage of it your damage and support will increase highly.
Here is a tool to learn combos http://www.mastodonte.fr/outils/tool-combo#fr and i hardly recommend it for people to learn as it`s improve your party playing a lot.
Use your temporal curtain for slows/pulls and iwarden for aoe bleeding and reflecting projectiles.
Radiation is good for control and weakening enemies. Use nullfield even if you dont have any condition for removing. With good usage and proper party setup you`ll hit big stack of confusion.
Focus on creating staff clones as they`r doing most condition damage. iwarden in big groups can do a lot of aoe bleeding, and do it fast.
For items. Start with mixing some rampagers and carrion armor. Accessories and amulets can be rampagers at begining. Stats you are looking for are condition damage, tougness and precision. You can get them from Nightmare set ( TA ) or Noble set ( CM ). Ofcourse you can get set from Arah too but guess it`s a melody of future The runes to go are Undead ones as they buff your survivability ( toughness ) and damage ( condition ).
You can try different builds as i done before, but i found this one fit my playstyle but i know that there are people that would do things differently.
I really like your build Leku. I think you have a really good synergy between condition damage, phantasm/illusion support and then reflect. My only complaint would be I wish there was a way to toss a phantasm in the 6+ slot since the spec does so well with them.
Maybe play with phantasm disenchanter rather than null field? I just don’t know how effective disenchanter is and having them out means less wardens.
I guess the signet is 90 condition damage at level 80. I’d personally probably play with that vs signet of illusions. But if you’re heavy wardens and they’re staying up okay, the domination signet helps them more.
Also I like the scepter with the focus. I know scepter is in the “dislike” category for a lot of mesmers, but range is king in dungeons for a squishy class.
I also think this build is fairly tweakable on the fly. Illusions dying too fast? Swap in illusions and persistent images. Need more cond removal for a fight? Slot both null field and the disenchanter. Can choose to have glamours recharge faster for fights that need that, up your condition removal traits as needed, etc.
It’s worth mentioning that your Warden does a whirl finisher, so if you’re able to keep a couple of them alive and drop a light field (Temporal Curtain or Veil) on them when null field is on cooldown and you need more condition removal, they’ll send out cleansing bolts. Warriors and thieves using their spinnyfuntimes attack will do it too if you drop it on melee.
I wouldn’t equip the Disenchanter, as it will die when the mob dies, and is much slower at removing conditions than null field.
