Guild Wars 2

Currently a Phantasm Power Build and I’m tired of losing to anything condi in their duration battles. I don’t get rewarded for full glass as much as I think I should compared to how dumb necro is right now, so I’m thinking about changing builds.

Condi spvp build?
Shatter spvp build?
