The Situation: Say you are in Melee range and your clones are 600 units from the enemy.

The question: If I use F2 for condition pressure then immediately use F3 to interrupt a heal, do the clones running in eventually explode based on the first or last shatter input that was given to them?

The instant you press a shatter, all living illusions cease to be normal illusions and instead become guided missiles with a payload determined by what shatter you used. Once this occurs, you can no longer actively influence the illusions in any way.
