After thinking it over about where I would like the Phantasmal Warden to spawn, I can’t help but realize that maybe there is a second option that would work well for every Phantasm we have.

Take a leaf out of the Bouquet of Roses #1 cosmetic/costume brawl skill, and turn it into a multi-stage activation.

If you press and release, before .5 seconds are up, it summons the Phantasm at your location.
If you press and hold until after that .5 seconds go by, it turns the cast time into 1 second cast and summons the Phantasm at the target’s location.
(Or make it .75 second and 1.25 second for the times, respectively.)

Disenchanter, Warden, Swordsman, and Defender would all benefit from this. Duelist and Warlock wouldn’t care, as its usually better to always summon it at your location. Berserker would find it annoying admittedly, as it would take a quarter of a second longer to summon the Phantasmal Berserker on the target for it to spin, but would have the option to summon it at your location so it chargers towards the targets head on (Fixed annoyance by reversing the “At Your Location” and “At Target’s Location” for Berserker for this skill alone.)
