As a general rune to play with. I do a little of everything
I did some math on the subject. My conclusion is if you are solo, yes they are worth it. If you are elsewhere… not sure.
I don’t have opinions. I only have facts I can’t adequately prove.
Given that you can already do ~90% uptime on quickness for a party with nothing but a herald and their passive boon duration facet (without signet of inspiration as well)….no, they’re not worth it.
