Sword #1 chain dps has ~%12.5 nerf (no boon target)(and confused about ``condition removed``on tool tips?)
didint checked all.. so it seems again unseen changes.. and another thing that on wiki as izerker co-efficient become more accurate.. however i duelist have max co-efficient (why not avarage as my calculation avarage approximetly 1.9726)

and still slacker anet doesnt change the tool tips as phantasms..

Lets fill the others which is not mentioned on patch notes!

I think what you’re refering to are changes that were made in June and August this year. And while I didn’t specifically check the tooltip since the patch (and I can’t do it now, because I’ve gotta go sleep now haha), I think you meant “boon removed” and not “condition removed”. Yes, the third skill in the sword auto-attack chain removes a boon. And yes, it does more damage if the target doesn’t have a boon.
