I think it’s a big issue, it’s lead to me being eaten by zergs in WvW and unable to run from big, scary monsters in PvE and I don’t feel like something will be done unless we show that we want this to change.

I would like to sign the petition, I can’t stand being so slow ;_;

This is a much needed change. It’s one of the reasons I don’t play on my Mesmer as often.

This has been requested before however it needs to be posted on the Suggestions forum.

People abused TC by running across it several times. I doubt it will ever stack. I’d be happy if it just gave full duration again (but only if that’s greater than what you already have on).

I’d also be happy if what you proposed was true at least though, it sucks to run over a curtain with 1s oft swiftness left or to run over somebody else’s curtain who doesn’t have any boon duration.

Mesmer needs some swiftness love bad. Getting annoying equipping focus just to keep up. I run dual swords or pistol. So equip focus here and there to not keep up with my thief and guardian friends.

How about speed in a signet like almost any other class.

I run runes of the air and staff blink too and its just not enough

Yeah, I’m also constantly behind, mainly because of swiftness running out shortly after placing a curtain, although I’m specced for focus skills and some boon duration. I’m just too social, I can keep it up almost permanently (~4 second gap) just for me. The effort is ridiculous though, I’d never use the focus trait if it wasn’t for swiftness.

I have to pretty much hinder my dps for crappy centaur runes off set, often keeping inventory window open and swapping in & out just to get swiftness…

This is why most mesmers in my guild keep a full stack of these…

It’s really pretty silly that this is required. The other option of course is to completely give up on rune choice and go with centaur runes, which I do in my power based set. It’s just too much of a sacrifice in my condition build though…

Anet said ages ago that they wanted to give us more reliable speed options. I guess they forgot.

Might want to change the title to sound more like the suggestion it is. As worded it sounds like you’re telling us something will happen. Imagine reading the headline “Texas to secede from the US” and then the body is just one person’s rant as to why Texas should do so.

Those hylek pots got nerfed and unusable in WVw from what i hear. I tried finding them to test the other day but couldnt find them.

I tried golem in a box that didnt work in Wvw
