  • Signet of Inspiration now copy the number of might stack currently on you instead of just one. I think that was what happened also with “we heal as one” for rangers when they added the boon copy functionality.
  • Rune of chronomancer now give quickness to allies in the target area. The runes are dead with this patch, since the short personal stacks actually play against the new stacking limit and the new SoI design.

Any other suggestions?

If they are too concerned with might they could make it 3 or 5 stacks instead. I am all for the AOE chrono runes. Let necros have it. It’s not like they run around spamming 5 wells with 100% boon duration.

Runes of the Chronomancer should be -5s well CD on the final bonus, IMO.

The strength of heart to face oneself has been made manifest. The persona Carighan has appeared.

Rune of Chronomancer :
-Wells apply quickness (2 sec) to up to 5 affected allies when they expire. (not around the chrono but in the well so that the mesmer/necro can choose to not be affected)
OR
-increase 6th bonus to 4 seconds but add a 10 sec ICD

Time Warp also needs to be completely re-worked.

If your goal is the most quickness on the most amount of players, Time Warp is now actually a detriment.

If you use it, it continually stacks 1 second, and when you can only have 5 stacks of duration, you don’t ever want one of those valuable 5 stacks being a duration of 1 second.

In PvE end-game, it’s effectively useless now.

TW isn’t useless. It just doesn’t grant 22s of Quickness, that’s all. TW still allows you to sustain perma Quickness without the usage of Mimic, wich is all i want. But it would be great if TW would have half the duration and 10 targets. Or yea – simply rise the stack limit again and it would be fine again. Rising the stack limit would also be mandatory to make AoE Chrono Runes viable.

I don’t get the whole stack limit thing. Is it really that difficult to understand that at the point where your buff needs such a low stack limit, you got way bigger issues with your balance? :’(
