Torch blast finisher request
Or have the finisher trigger at the end but still activate if we leave the field during a channel. Ele churning earth works in this way.
Or this yes. Something. It is really just not a good idea to have it at the end of 4 seconds.
The ability to self detonate the skill during the channel would also work. I think that there was a similar discussion about this ages ago but anet don’t give buff to mesmers.
I think there was a discussion when it first was changed, but I am hoping now that they are actually changing things that maybe this can be looked at again

This.
There is plenty of things that needs work on mesmers, cause lackuster or bugged: but the spvp crowd stated that Mes are OP (now they’re focusing on nec btw), so we won’t get buffs anytime soon. Or, maybe, as compensation for a much bigger nerf.
Most used: Guard/Mes/War/Nec/Ele.
Yes, i use 5 chars at time. Because REASONS.

I’d prefer this functionality myself. I know that there’s a few skills that ‘store’ their blast finishers for later, and I think it fits with the pacing of the skill.
It’s pretty obvious, and nobody’s impressed.

Which is why I in turn hate the sPvP crowd. They act like their type of gameplay can ever be properly balanced, and on top of that for some reason consider it “more important to be balanced”.
A smart solution would have been to make it a separate game as a whole. Guild Wars II – The unbalanced tales. There, GW2 itself can focus on PvP instead of sPvP balance.
