My mesmer condi and torment skills still do the same DMG in PVE and have the same tooltips? Thought it chanced?
for example confusing images does 558 dmg over time and 7679 when the enemy uses a skill. torment also has the same dmg as before: 222 damage over time, 330 if the enemy moves.
