Allows you to see when and what the enemy casts. (you see a cast bar from them.)

:D Nice, but i’d rather see this as a basic feature for all classes ^^

They want interrupts for Mesmer. This is a good way to make it happen. While giving them an advantage over things like warriors, or thieves who have an abundance of interrupts. While they give Mesmer, who is supposed to be a class who can specialize in such things, a few select interrupts with relatively long cool downs. Giving us this bar so that we can use those interrupts more effectively, might actually turn things around ^.^

Why should this be a Trait? We should be able to see every skill the enemy is activating by default, instead of seeing same three animations for everything

Id rather have a trait that does something. The only time its hard to see what an enemy is doing is when they use an instant skill like blink, wish we could interupt that :o

Good idea, but yeah I’m with Nuka Cola, it shouldn’t be a trait. It should be a profession specific to Mesmer. BRING BACK SHUTDOWN MESMER !

Right now, mace warriors and pistol thieves are better than us at interrupting/locking down…

If you don’t mind, we can also ask for:
-mainhand pistol with skills that shoot butterflies
-“precognition trait” that will allow you to see through stealth
-default condition clear on heal
-more build variety that is not fake
-better torch phantasm
-better scepter
-fixed pile of bugs that stalk us almost a year
-mini lyssa

I would rather not have this added to the game at all, this is meant to be a game about noticing the animations and everything, not looking for cast bars that would ruin it in my opinion
