Up2Date PvE and WvW builds?
On my medium-high pop server the wvw commanders seem to be happy for some reason when a mesmer finally shows up in primetime.
Then all you hear on TS mesmer wise is veil this, strip that, timewarp there …etc.
…I’m not helping, I’m sorry.

Metabattle is generally lacking in many regards, so it’s usually rather unhelpful to link people there.
If I’m going to post a PvE link, i’ll linkmetabattle because the build and the gear is there and it is of easy access. Moreso, the mesmer page has all the basics of speedrunning and dungeoning in general, thx to me and some others who made it clear and consistent.
Take it as a tl;dr of the stickied guide.
