Sadly, this for ME PERSONALLY shows exactly why I dont play mesmer anymore… Just seems too strong and too safe.

Thanks, but maybe it seems so strong and safe because I’ve been practicing with it. After a lot of play I’ve learned a lot of the ins and outs of how my traits work with the weapon skills. That practice allows me to figure out how to hit hard while not getting hit hard myself.

Not taking anything from you at all, the game play was fantastic and youre better than most mesmers! Im not at all trying to come off as knocking your skills, so if it seems that way I apologize. What im trying to say is I dont think most other, or any other, can pull off things of this level with the same level of skill, if that makes sense. Again, thats me PERSONALLY. Love the video though

You could probably make some minor stat optimizations with your gear by using Marauder/Berserker instead of a hodgepodge of Berserker/Assassin/Valkyrie/Knights.

Marauder gear has a bit more stat points compared to the others.

Looking at the stats, it trades off a little bit of precision, ferocity, and power for an increase in vitality. This might be a welcome change as 1k HP is nothing to scoff at. Once I find a reliable way to make marauders I’ll have to check it out. Thanks for the post!

I can see where you are coming from. There is a reason people are raging over the new Bunker mesmer builds. I don’t even like them :P

Marauder is quite easy to make.

The ascended amulet you can get from HoT story chapter 3 achievement completion (the rata Novus one) which is probably the easiest of the HoT story achievements.

I think the armour insignia recipe is available from the master tailor, and doesn’t require any timegated material to make so you can just throw gold at it. I can’t remember the details, just that it was easy to do.

Unlike trailblazer on the other hand which is a huge pain to get… :/
