30 Power:
- Phantasm Dmg +15%, Coz i have GS and Pistol Phantasm (Power Based)
- Shatter remove Boon, Coz it’s Mesmer speciality
- Halting Strike, Coz i have 2x interupt in my Weapon Sets

20 Precision:
- Sword MAstery = TO abuse 3,5s Immob/ 6s
- Decept Evasion = Standard to produce Clone

20 SPecial:
- 3% Dmg / Clone to abuse Sniping Dmg
- Bounce +1, To Abuse GreatSword.
- TO get 20% CD On Clone generating skills to abuse 3,5s ImmobSword/ 6s

Concept:
- Trying to avoid Melee IP Shatter coz it rec insane positioning and timing
- Abusing GS Beam as Long Range Hitter
- Role: Hitter/ Carry
- Offer set up Kill for ur Team/ Shoot Caller

Rune of Pack:
Prec +125 will make ur overall stat higher and easier to manage ur stat

Last Utility Slot:
- Arcane THivery is my all around or safe pick. Normally i use that to Steal enemy Boons like Stab so my Team can kill easier or to cleanse my Condis depend on situation.
- Mantra Of Cleanse to remove my Condis if i know enemy team is Condi Heavy.

Food & Stone:
Utility Carry:
40% Condi DUra, 70 Power & Normal Stone for 70% COndi Dura will make ur Immob 3,5s/6s and iBerserker Criple 1,75s/ Hit

Pugging/ Defending Stuff in WVW:
200 Power After Kill, 70 Fero & 10% Condi Dura Stone for 40% COndi Dura will make ur Immob 2,75s/ 6s and iBerserker Criple 1,5s/ Hit.
