Is Wardens Feedback (Focus skills reflect projectiles. Reduces recharge of focus skills by 20%.) supposed to stack with illusionist’s celerity (Illusion-summoning skills recharge 20% faster.)

With wardens feedback my temporal curtain CD is being reduced but my iWarden is not!

Is this intended or bugged?

I believe that if you stack iCelerity with a weapon mastery trait, the cooldown shown on the skill’s tooltip is only a 20% reduction. However, if you actually use the skill, you should find that the cooldown reduction is indeed 40%.

So it’s just the tool tip not updating like it does with TC or any other skill.
