Does anybody feel that our class should get the Warhorn? I was just running in the edge of the mists and noticed a Kodan using a warhorn blasting out sirens call while reflecting and dazing us.

What if the Warhorn #4 skill were to summon a phantasm that consistently fires sirens call that bounces to foes causing daze and buffs? Then the #5 skill could just be a aoe stun and grant a reflect shield (since they took the reflect away from mimic).

What do you guys thinks?

if they were going to give the mesmer the warhorn, they better give them a 10s swiftness on a long cooldown for #5, like all the other classes that have warhorn access. I’m really getting tired of being the slowest person running around unless i use the useless focus and/or slot traveler runes.

Make warhorn 4 that summons a phantasm that casts protect/retal on you for a few seconds, and use #5 for 10s swiftness on 20s cd thats also a blast finisher.

But wont happen. For some reason, they are happy have mesmers as the slowest folks (well, with guardians anyway)..

I respectfully disagree. To me a master of misdirection and manipulation does not blow a big trumpet at people (though perhaps that would be confounding to some, “Why is that moron blowing a horn at me?”); the war horn just does not seem mesmery at all to me. If we get a new weapon I think, as many have suggested, it should be a main hand pistol.

Yeah same here. Warhorn doesn’t scream mesmer IMO.

MH Pistol? not a bad idea. I think theres a ton of stuff we already have that could get fixed before we get new weapons though.
