Tier 3 minor trait that adds 5% damage to ‘inactive’ foe’s. Does any actually know what that means?

Not currently casting or channeling?

What is the actual % dmg increase?

It’s when they aren’t moving or attacking, basically afk.

What if said foe is stunned/dazed/knocked down? hmm…

Yes I beleive stunned/dazed/knockdown all count as inactive.

It works on any dazed/knockdown/stunned mobs/players. If you look closer the Domination line is all about stun/daze with a few handy traits showing up elsewhere.

Sidenote: Inactive does not mean “afk” players.
