Weapon sigil (On critical hit) on illusion

Q:

I notice that weapon sigils don’t proc any more on illusions (clones or phantasms) since last few patches but before they did. So is this nerf or are illusions just bugged?

Well ok but Im sure week or so after release sigil of fire was procing on phantasmal duelist so I just wanted to confirm it.
