Well of Precognition takes the cake for the non-offensive stunbreaker with the highest cast time. ( Actually that isn’t true, Rev’s Rite of the Great Dwarf has casting time of 1.25 seconds, though it doesn’t count because that is an elite and can be traited as a passive.)

Thank you Anet, you took something perfectly fine that needed a little change to prevent point capture and you made it completely unusable.

Why only tune one aspect of a skill/trait when you can do two or more? Buy one get one free makes a good deal isn’kitten

In all seriousness, their nerfing plan always overshoots. This has been the case for 3 years now.

They had to sell HoT somehow.

Ah, they destroyed Bunker Chrono. Huh.

The cast time is a bit silly.

I’d rather have a 60+s cooldown and the original 1/4s cast time.
