Sometimes I look at the utility skills and think about how underwhelming so many of them are. Also that, if you wanted to run a full theme (traited no less) you’ve always got to leave one out. The left out one is, incidently, always useless or least desired anyway.

I’d much rather there were 3 and we mix the nixed ones effects into the others! :D

    Nix Well of Recall, put the alacrity on Action, put the chill on Precog

Signits

  • Sig of Dom
  • Sig of Midnight
  • Sig of Illusions
    Nix Sig of Inspiration, put its passive on Dom, put its active on Midnight

Mantras

  • Mantra of Pain
  • Mantra of Distraction
  • Mantra of Concentration
    Nix Mantra of Resolve, put condi cleanse into trait (or possibly 1 condi cleansed on each mantra) – Could nix and mix any mantra really.

Manipulations

  • Blink
  • Arcane Thievery
  • Illusion of Life
    Nix Mimic, either put it on AC, or IoL

Glamors

  • Null Field
  • Portal
  • Feedback
    Nix Veil, put it on Feedback

Clone

  • Decoy
  • Mirror Images
  • Disenchanter
    Nix iDefender, build his defensive powa into Disenchanter. They share the same kittenty cast time anyway, and with all that can go wrong with projectile cleansing he might aswell die for the pain you suffer anyway :D

No. The point of having 4 utitlity skills is that you are forced to choose. If all 4 could be traited at the same time, and if you could use all 4 at the same time then it would be overpowered and there would be a lot less build variety involved in general
