I remember these shoulders and those icons.. I think it was from Timberline Falls heart-karma sellers.

It’s actually the armor set from karma vendors in sparkfly fen. I have the complete set sitting in my bank.

Stately armor. It says so in the drop-down menu on the link you provided too. You get it from heart karma vendors from mid-level areas.

i wanted to buy it from tp but when i’ve searched for it i didn’t see any results

you can’t buy it from the TP because it’s karma gear, iirc the blue set is 500 a piece. So go do those hearts in sparkfly!
