Guild Wars 2

I am close to 30 and I know Mesmer doesn’t really start to come into their power until a little later, but what sort of boosts will go the farthest while leveling? I’m running Staff/Sword+Sword. Do I stack Power, Condition or Crit? Are there any runes/sigils that maximize my dmg output at these lower levels?

Go for power first. Minor sigil of bloodlust is cheap and incredible at lower levels. Later get the major variety.
