Where did the Mesmer armor artwork go?

Specifically that one? I want to make a Mesmer but I really hoped to see something similar to that artwork. Otherwise what’s the closest combination?

Looks more like a mesmer casted iSwordman on a Warrior with T3 cultur armor :P

I also ask me why there are no fans as weapons for mesmers
