if the question would be how to balance imo, simply..
in wvw concept, (in gvg)[fair/competitive match style] it should be change as,

• would have lower skill co-efficient,[lower damage](where it has really high damage compare to other classes)
• should hit always First attack.. (shouldnt ve roll a dice effect, as where they die before its first attack, where they re not spamable with high cd skill as other classes skills)
