Why doesn't decoy work sometime ?
hmm, I do not think it happened to me, decoy does work. But sometime you just click that skill and then somehow you autoattack still go out, it breaks stealth. Another case I think it is when you deal with a mob that do a swipe base attack, you deocy, mob area attack,,it may break you stealth. So not sure what is your situation, but decoy does work due to my AC run last night.
Veil does this to me often. Its so flipping annoying.
You have a projectile in transit when you stealth. You are de-stealthed 0.2 seconds later when the projectile lands.

This occurs most often with bouncing attacks, especially if you also take Illusionary Elasticity. I ensure I don’t have WoC in transit before I cast Decoy.
