Why doesnt blade training
How do you mean? Th cd lowering? Tooltip is messed up but block is affected and so is iSwordman as I understand.

Short answer: It does
Long answer: It does, the tooltip doesn’t reflect the cooldown changes, try using the skill and note the actual cooldown.
