I see a lot of build with Moa Morph skill, but in the videos in the fights i dont see anybody using?
So Why u have this skill?

Ps. have anyway to reset my skills points?

Looks like he is trying to duel. Moa, I would think, is considered a bit unfair in a straight duel. You can retrain points at the Mesmer trainer in various locations. You should see them on your map in any of the race-specific hubs.

So do u think Moa is rly good Skill to be the best pvp elite skill? What skill u consider better?

Moa’s obviously the best 1v1 Mesmer Elite, although some racial elites can also get pretty brutal.

Time Warp is superiour in skirmishes and large scale combat, however, where beefing up your whole team is more important than shutting down 1 person on the enemy team.

Defensive Golem is the best elite for mesmer imo.
