What Runes/Sigils should I use?

Got any suggestions on changes?

I would probably use a torch someone in there just for an added stealth/target dump for what you are trying to achieve.

I’d consider staff aswell…great weapon if you want to survive, I’d probably swap it for GS…but then again I never go anywhere without my staff

I play with a very similar build to yours, except I stat for damage instead of defense (and I use staff/scepter+focus). I use Rune of Lyssa, with Mantra of Recovery and Mass Invisibility, and the traits Restorative Mantras (heals allies and yourself when you cast/channel a mantra) and Prismatic Understanding (+1 second stealth and gain a defensive boon when you stealth). It is a lot more powerful then it looks on paper.

As for sigils, I would go with Sigil of Hydromancy to AoE chill opponents, right after you portal bomb. And Sigil of Chilling to make the chill last longer. Then maybe Sigil of Blood on your greatsword, depending on your critical chance.
