Straight to the point. I enjoy WvWvW running with the group, zerging towers/castles, doing burst damage, and using a GS; I do not enjoy condition builds and rarely use the sword/focus to attack. Based on that, I’ve come up (based on other builds) with 2 different builds.

My question: Considering both builds with the same armor/gems which one provides better damage output? Would you chose something different? why? Does it worth dropping 15%+ phantasm damage for not always a 9% damage increase plus one extra bounce?
I enjoy throwing my izerker in the middle of the other group, with 20%- on the GS abilities I can do that every 11 secs, Which is great for WvWvW. Null field to cure conditions. Utilities 7 and 8 are constantly changing based on type of fight, and # of players in group.

20 domination for GS training
20 dueling for precision
25 inspiration for 15%+ phantasms damage
5 illusions
Build 2

15 dueling for bleeding on critical hits.
15 inspiration (sacrifices some health pool and phantasms 15%+ damage(
20 illusions for 9% more damage (usually have 3 illusions out) plus one additional bounce of GS#2.
