Since we have so many useful weapons, I’m just curious which legendary everyone has gotten/is going for. Personally I chose Bifrost just because l got the Legend from the MF and I tend to run Staff as my main or off weapon choice. What about you?

Not really going for a legendary anymore… Was going for twilight til anet broke GS… Don’t like rainbows so no bitfrost… Bolt maybe…. But to be honest with all the recent bugs and nerfs mesmers are really starting to run out of viable weapons.

Honestly not many of the Legendaries appeal to me for my mesmer. Finally finished Infinite Light and usually run sword / focus and Greatsword for general PvE / WvW. Annoyingly I sort of like Rodgort out of all the torch skins, but the torch for the mesmer I find a little underwhelming to justify making it since I hardly use a torch.

None of them appeal to me.

Tbh I actually prefer some of the basic/plain skins.

I’m going for the Trident because i’m a weird underwater person.

I went for named exotics instead. I have the T3 Asuran Peacekeeper sword, Anomly, Ignus Fatuus and I’m presently working on Mirage.

I went for twilight on my mesmer. I just loooove it. Now working on Jormag’s Breath ( not a legendary, I know ).

Anyway, tastes vary, so … yeah

Long-term I’d like either Twilight or Sunrise. Which I don’t know yet, sort-of depends on my GF’s ranger. We decided beforehand that she’ll want Twilight, me Sunrise, but we might switch that around.

Plus right now she’s using double-axes + shortbow, so I might have free choice of the two anyhow.

Bolt.

Cause across al my char, MH Sword on mes is the only weaponset is use ALWAYS.
Never run Staff+ GS, never use scepter.

And it’s very good looking, while not so mainstream like the awful GSs.

As alternatives i’ve considered Infinite light or Fractal sword. But for 100 charged lodestones are enough so the former is out, and the latter is a RGN roulette of fractal spamming…i’m unlucky and hate fractal, so no way. :p

I would go for Bifrost if I had time and gold.

But I made Immobulus and I’m very happy with my lucky charms scepter. It’s a legendary class weapon for me. So pretty <3

Well, not to long ago I dug out both Dusk and Dawn from the mystic toilet and decided to make Bifrost. Because pretty much all sta kitten look like kitten (Modnir is IMO the only good looking cheap staff that have some sort of effect). There are so many great looking greatswords/swords in comparison, even the “cheap” ones (50g+, personally I use Firebringer) have some sort of effect. I wish there was a mist staff, but no.

I went for Bolt because sword is the most reliable weapon for me. I really like it even if it’s not as flashy as Twilight and Sunrise.

Infinite light should be considered as a legendary weapon. It’s more beautiful and awesome than most of legendary crap that anet created xd

No one ever said that the 20 most elaborate weapons have to all be Legendary.

I wanted twilight or sunrise but the swords look too big on my mesmer and I find myself using mh sword more now. I’m decided to make all the illusion weapons. I have vision of the mists, whisper blade, the anomaly, working on mirage and then after that ignus fatus. Maybe when I become pro mesmer I create the rest of them like the pistol & sceptre. Possibly bifrost even though I don’t see myself using staff.
