I am still very new to Mesmer and I like how it is play so far. However, when it comes to building a Mesmer I am somewhat lost. Unlike others, Mesmer have way too much different build to go for.

I am more of a shatter player and been reading and watching video and how to make a good dmg and stay alive long enough to run away if I have to.

A solid shatter build imo. Although I don’t understand why you chose Dazzling Glamours in the Illusions trait line. Most people would probably go for Illusionary Invigoration or Compounding Power instead.

Illusionary Invigoration say one gets another bounce, isn’t that only useful for staff? I am not sure so I didn’t pick that one.
I didn’t pick Compounding Power is because I am going to shatter them as soon as they appear. I just figure Dazzling Glamours might be more useful for people in wvw…to tell the true, I am really not sure which one to go for at that place.

I am not sure if I sure use Geomancy (to make use of my condition damage) or Hydromancy.

I was referring to Illusions VI which recharges all your shatters at 50% health.

Looks decent, other than the pick of dazzling glamours. With only 1 glamour skill, you’re really not going to get much use out of that. Illusionary invigoration is a much better choice.

@Seccond Pyro, I also of the oppinion that 10% crit chance on 1 skill < 3% dmg/ clone (9%dmg with e clones) to al skills.

My Mesmer is at level 74 so far. Will hit level 80 tonight or tomorrow and I will start getting it ready. I will use Illusionary Invigoration.
