Rampage gear with rubis orb, with celestian jewellery. I was wondering if anyone had an other build for wvw and pve, more efficient with the same gear..I bought full ascendante jewel…
I have all the weapons of the mesmer and also a carrion armor….

Ouch, you picked a nasty build to start with. Nasty as in it’s bad. That guy has made a couple of ‘the ultimate mesmer X’ builds, and they’ve all been horrendous.

As a general rule of thumb, mesmers don’t do hybrid builds particularly well. We’re much better off focusing either on condition damage or power damage. At any rate, If you’re looking for other builds to try out, take a peek at the build list stickied at the top of the forums. Browse through some of those builds to see if there are any that you like so that you’ve got a little better idea of what you’re going for.
