[bug] mender's purity / mantra vs Quickness
@MoR and purity: Misleading tooltip. It only procs on activation of the actual healing portion of the skill (and no, mantra healing trait doesn’t count).

it’s weird to be a misleading tooltip, given that how many tooltips fixes they made they didn’t fix this one, and this has always been there for almost 2 years now.
Quickness does affect channeling cast time. Look again.
I know the facts, i just wondering WHY??? why quickness should increases every heals speed except mantra of recovery?

Read my post again. I’m saying that you’re mistaken. Quickness works just fine on mantra of recovery.
