In a sword/s or f + GS or staff phantasm build with MoD it may be worth it. It all depends on if it is +5 sec per interrupt (5 target focus pull interrupt=25 sec) or if it can only last max 5 sec. In the latter case it wold be pretty bad.
It’ll be hard to tell the viability until the 15th arrives but if none of our current traits and healing power scaling getting no fixes, then i dont see many if any mesmer actively building for this trait.
The two most interesting traits at current seem to be Power Block for interrupts and Distortion on kills for bunkering.
IP seems a more valuable trait than torment on shattering to me and the final trait in Chaos seems fairly useless as most shatter builds dont use this line.
again its all speculation until we see the full extent of the changes and what is Fixed and what ends up broken for another feature patch to attempt to fix.. lets just hope we dont hafta wait till the end of LS part 2 for any fixes :P

It does not stack in any way. This was dev confirmed.
yea because even with ether sig thats still only 1 tick. and even so its still probably going to be around1.6k or so and it doesnt stack so i jst dont see a use for it, like i cant see the functionality of interrupting someone and then going to heal, its usually an interupt and then burst. i can see how it can save you if you are low and you interupt but the 1000healing power doesnt seem to be that much. going from 150- 1300 only brought up the ether sig to 1.3k or something idr

Or look at it this way. Since when have Mesmers thus far needed to spend 10, let alone 30 plus a grandmaster trait choice in inspiration to meet their healing needs since launch?

Not sure if worth, but since I heal A LOT it may help not myself but my group too. I just need to see the amount will heal with my own eyes to see if worth..

While IP is definitely a strong trait, I’m looking forward to re-doing my old condi-shatter build. The torment and confusion both on each shatter, along with a sigil of doom maybe. I think it’s going to be a fun WvW build. :-)
