Yes it’s on the broken skills list; might sound strange, but more often than not I like it when this happens.

I see the skill more as a clone summon with free 5 second in combat (cqc, not long range) blink + immobilise even if you shatter the clone or overwrite it, which offers great and consistent positional advantage. Even better when you kill/overwrite the clone – the blink location is fixed compared to the clone hugging your opponent.

As long as you’re in range, the clone is summoned giving you the free blink. EDIT: most of the time… :p

What I’m saying is I’m not sure I support any change which makes the summoned clone blink to the target, because if your clone gets stuck on terrain it offers a bit of unpredictability – for example you can run at your target (or use normal blink), bait them to you then swap back to the clone – badly worded, but hopefully that makes sense.

Except for the fact that the clone doesn’t even come out sometimes when the path is blocked and it just wasted the skill. So annoying the skill should just be the exact opposite of Phase Retreat and be done with it already.

The skill needs to be fixed and should have been priority 1 or 2 on there fix list with izerker.

Yeah fair point, it doesn’t always come out and that should definitely be fixed.

Although I would still like to see clone leap rather than blink to the target.

If it’s on the same priority list as iZerker we’re screwed; how many months has that been borked now?

I actually like iLeap failing in PvE and even PvP. The clone tends to die in an odd spot away from the target, which lets you run in, do an attack, then port out without wasting Blink.

It also works as a stunbreaker, so in PvE it helps tremendously when it dies to AoE in a spot too far back.
