the current attack is just plain fail and even if it is buffed to 5 sec 5 stack it would be not so great (it is blocked, reflected, too slow……….)

a beam with a nice 3-5 stack 5 sec applied over 1-3 sec or something like that would be great imo. screw that retal!

Retal is not common to the mesmer? Please… I know of several different easy ways to keep retal permanently up in combat even with several different build.

Before they limited the max amount of stacked time for retal, Mesmers had the most up time of it even over Guardians lol.

That being said iMage is useless as is.

Mesmers still do have the most uptime for it… Take pyro’s build… Full uptime No problems.

I use a tweeked immortal i know lol. But I didn’t think guardians had any issues keeping it up full time either. Just thought we had the advantage of a huge stack of time. I have never played guardian though so.

Guardians have to really build for it. We don’t.

I would prefer a blinding attack, instead of the retalation for instance. Glam builds would benefit from it, and for the rest we would have a crowd controlling phantasm.
