Nope. There’s the trait +3% speed per illusions out but that’s it.

Chain 1 min+ of chaos armor while standing in arrow cart damage zones = a good few mins worth of regen/prot/swiftness. Spread those buffs around in a group of mesmers and you can get 24h+ of swiftness,prot,regeneration, in wvwvw.
Yes it needs to be fixed but it’s difficult to make and boons are easy to remove no matter the duration, but, you get a group of invincible scouts.
