Guild Wars 2

decided to create a condi/power hybrid mesmer/chrono with alot of stealth use
i like scepter/torch alot and will be using them as my main set
what im woundering is how strong is torment n wvw/pvp?
The idea in my head is
armour/weapons viper
berserker trinkets
6xrunes of the tormenting
sigil f bursting and sigil or force/precision
BUT all all this depends on if torment is a strong condition
please help me lol

Only for PvE. It’s fine in PvP / WvW, since either they move or they become an easy target.

I’ve managed pretty effectively with it. Say in WvW where you can easily hit 2500 condition damage, one single application of the scepter block will do ~12k damage to a moving target.
