Guild Wars 2

Hey guys so I really like playing my mesmer in pvp. I would like to know if mesmer is good in pve too. Solo, group, dungeon, wvw.

Mesmer ranks in the top 3 in PvP imo. They’re probably just as good as guardians too in PvE so long as you use your clones to agro and chaos storm effectively. I’ve taken out 3 veterans 10 lvls higher than me doing just that. Just use clones, kite, dodge roll (a lot if you get the trait to summon a clone when dodge rolling) and always use chaos storm on yourself and clones for the 2-3 things of aegis it gives unless they nerfed it. I haven’t played in a while but I was thinking about coming back and playing Mesmer again.

Oops; I only mentioned solo. Mesmers are great for dungeons. Chaos Storm – party chaos armor. Bring a Staff, and Sword/Torch for group play. I think it’s number 5 on the torch for a blast finisher.
