Guild Wars 2

Hi all!

I’m new to the mesmer class and have been playing around with various builds for pvp (5v5 mainly)
I frequently see other mesmers with dual swords using a high evade/mobility spec that seems to focus on phantasms.
i’ve looked everywhere for this build but can’t seem to find anything on it, does anyone happen to know of one?
i realise this is pretty vague and maybe its not a build just a l2p thing, but any advice is welcome. thanks!
