Does this 33% added to daze do anything? I was under the impression that the game rounded times so a 1 second daze would become 1.33- and still only affect the target for 1 second. Is this correct or do you get the .33 added to the time it just does not show?

The game rounds what you see ingame, but it does have the additional decimal place duration. For example, if I have 21.5 seconds of Swiftness, it would show as 21 seconds (because it would be 22 seconds for one frame of time, if even that).
