whats the best build after all the mesmer buffs dec 10 for spvp
There’s no one best build. What sort of playstyle are you after? Very experienced players go shatter/lockdown, phantasm can do tons of burst damage, PU/defensive builds make opponents dance around, there are hybrid builds, etc…
