what do you think about this trait? As a begginer, I don’t understant why the typical shatter build 20/20/0/0/30 doesn’t run with it…

Shattered concentration is amazing in pvp.. in pve not so much use something else in its stead

But for a pvp shatter build that eats right through bunkers you want to use that skill.

I’ve found shattered concentration to be quite nice in some Dungeons. In some fractals, there are NPCs that have protection and other boons you want to strip from them. This is quite helpful in those instances.
